All classes are included in Full membership. If you have an Off-Peak membership, classes from 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday are included.
All classes cost £6.50 for non-members.

Core
Core is a very popular class designed to strengthen your abs, hips and lower back. It’s ideal for improving posture and building stability in your torso. Our Core classes are on Mondays at 9:15am and Tuesdays at 10:10am, usually led by Bev.
LBT Blast
LBT Blast is a fast-paced class focused on toning your glutes, thighs and core. It’s great for improving strength, building endurance and targeting those stubborn areas. Our LBT Blast class runs every Monday at 5:20pm and is usually led by Ebony.
Indoor Cycling/Spinning®
We have 12 Indoor Cycling/Spinning® classes every week at Kidsgrove Sports Centre with sessions every day except Sunday. Are you ready for a cardio-intensive workout that improves heart health, strengthens your legs and core, and torches calories?
Aqua Fit
Aqua aerobics is fantastic for boosting cardiovascular health, improving joint mobility, building muscular endurance, and burning calories. And it doesn’t place any strain on your joints. Our Aqua Fit/Aqua Tone classes take place Monday to Friday.
