New Fitness Class Timetable for 2026
Below is our brand-new fitness class timetable for 2026, which will launch on Monday 5th January. It’s packed with fresh sessions, updated favourites, and more ways than ever to train your way.
This year, we’re bringing you a whole range of exciting new classes, including HIITstep, PiYo, Aqua Tone, Boxercise, Rockbox and Strength Station. These are all designed to give you new challenges, new motivation, and new ways to feel stronger, fitter and more energised.
You’ll also spot some of our much-loved sessions in new places on the timetable, from Spinning® and Indoor Cycling to Core Conditioning and Stick-a-Size. A few classes have been given a slight time refresh too — like Friday’s Indoor Cycling moving to 5:15pm, and Friday’s Pilates shifting to 6:55pm.

Our new classes for 2026
HIITstep: A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that incorporates a step to create fast-paced, athletic routines. It blends explosive cardio intervals with strength and plyometric movements, using the step to add elevation, agility challenges, and increased intensity
PiYo: A low-impact, high-intensity workout that blends Pilates and Yoga with continuous, flowing movement. PiYo focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance—all without jumping or high-impact exercises.
Aqua Tone: A water-based exercise class that uses the natural resistance of water to strengthen and tone the body.
Boxercise: A high-energy fitness class inspired by the training methods used in boxing, but without physical contact or sparring. It focuses on boxing technique, pad work, and conditioning drills to build strength, stamina, and coordination in a fun, accessible way.
Rockbox: High-energy, full-body interval workout combining boxing and drumming with rock music. It provides a cardio and toning workout with punches, kicks, and stick smashing. It’s perfect for stress relief and fitness, and is suitable for all levels. Weighted gloves are optional.
Strength Station: Full-body, strength-focused circuit class designed to help you build real strength, improve fitness, and feel more confident in your training.
Did you know that all classes are FREE for Members?
If you have a Full Membership, all classes are included. If you have an Off-Peak Membership, classes held between 6:30am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday are included.
Classes cost £6.50 for non-members, who are very welcome to join us.
